Salberg successfully obtained planned permission to combine two apartments within the prestigious 199 The Knightsbridge apartments to create a luxurious 3000sq/ft apartment. Appointing the full professional team and overcoming onerous building and mechanical limitation within the apartment complex the project was successfully completed in a 10 month fast-track construction programme. The new layout optimised the internal space to provide a well-proportioned 4-bedroom apartment with magnificent entertaining and leisure facilities.
