Salberg was founded
by Wayne Salkinder and Paul Berger in 2005 to develop high-end residential property in prime Central London.
We
identify and acquire residential development opportunities and utilise our expertise to enhance value through planning, design
and high quality construction. We have successfully managed the development of £150 million of prime property and placed
construction contracts to the value of £30 million.
Our construction expertise and hands-on approach enables
us to manage the risk associated with complex construction.
